Important Event Details

The venue will provide Cash Concessions (cash or credit card or tap to pay) at the conference center each day.

Guests attending the Dance Competition can order from the Restaurant on site "Ocean's Bar & Grille"
where we serve breakfast lunch and dinner 8am-9pm.
Guests can download the Vamoos App, our property code is EBR (Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort) .
The menu is on the app and "to go" orders are available.
They would just walk over the pedestian bridge to pick up.

RESTRICTIONS:
* No Outside Food or beverage allowed (Chick fila, McDonalds, taco bell, etc) allowed in the Conference center.
* We ask that all guests treat each other with respect, no fighting, screaming, cursing. Including Other Resort guests, Resort Staff and Security.
* No smoking on site property wide or inside the Conference facility.
* Guests staying here should follow the Rules & Regulations posted on the Pool deck.
* Guests not staying here for sleeping accommodations cannot use the pools, health club, tennis court, pickleball court, or golf course.
* No fishing allowed in the ponds on the villa side of the property.

Guests who try to bring in or sneak food into the Conference center will be asked to eat outside.
We also have "Edgie's Market" at the base of the pedestrian bridge that sells snacks, beverages, Starbucks Coffee, ice cream, sundry items, hygiene products, beach items.

Prop Truck & Trailer Parking Information:
- Prop truck/trailer unloading will be available at the West side of the Conference Center (W6–W8). Additional parking is available in designated areas at the Conference Center, Grassy Knoll/Shoppes of Edgewater, and beachside fence line areas.
- Please note:
• Parking is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival.
• Only designated areas may be used for prop truck/trailer parking.
• Drivers parking at the Grassy Knoll must keep tires touching the service road per venue requirements.
• Conference Center parking is pay-to-park:
 1 Hour – $3 | 3 Hours – $6 | 6 Hours – $10 | 9 Hours – $12 | 12 Hours – $18 + tax

The Overflow parking lot is at the South end of Richard Jackson Blvd. by the beach access.
RC HS will provide shuttle service to & from this lot only.
This lot is run by the City of PCB and they charge $2.00 per hour plus tax.

Note: Guests staying on property can leave their car at their unit
and call for tram pick up from the nearest tram stop (850) 235-7324.
Guests should leave w enough time to get to the Conference center
as the tram loop takes about 20 minutes depending on the volume of guests on the resort.
Guests can also walk to the conference center.
Guests staying off site will use the Conference center lot or they can also use Uber, Lyft, or
Beach Boys taxi service (850) 236-6234 for Drop off/Pick up-
Please urge all attendees to allow these transportation services enough time to pick you up
and drop you off w 20-30 minutes to spare due to Summer traffic.

Guest Room parking passes that are issued by the HOA/ Rental companies
and are not valid at the "Conference center" lot.
